Fee Structure on Personal Injury Claims:
At Danson Recht LLP, we recognize that serious injuries cause a great deal of burden on your family and often drastically impact your finances, making the idea of legal fees a daunting one. With this in mind, as your lawyers, we want to make sure that you feel informed and at ease with the process, without any added financial worry. For this reason, unless otherwise instructed, we do not charge our clients based on an hourly retainer. Instead, our fee structure is based on a detailed Contingency Fee Agreement (CFA), prepared in accordance with the Law Society of Ontario’s latest directives. We will review this agreement with you at a free consultation meeting (in person or by zoom). Once we have answered your questions, you may proceed to sign and formally retain us.
Our Rates: Our contingency fee structure for personal injury claims ranges from 20% – 30% depending on the specific circumstances of your case and the stage at which your case reaches a resolution.
